 Process flow for serices on driving licence (Renewal Duplicate , Addition of class, change of name, Address, Endorsement of  Hazardous goods, DL Extract, etc.)

• Go to www.Parivahan.gov.in
• click on online services / Sarathi logo
• select state 
• Apply online
• service on driving licence
• click on continue
• enter details ( DL no. D.O.B etc)
• click on go
• Select state & office
• click on proceed
• details of applicant will be displayed
• enter all mandatory fields ( Mob.No)
• click on confirm
• Driving licence number and name of DL Holder will be displayed
• Select Required " DL Service" Out of available options
• click on proceed
• click on service to enter required details
• click on confirm ( if more than one service is selected confirm one by one 
• click on submit
• A new application No  is generated & Appears on Applicant's mobile via SMS
• click on next
• upload all documents within 500 kb size in jpeg / jpg/ pdf format
• upload photo & Sign (within 10*20 KB)
• Payment of fees
• click on slot Booking & Select appropriate slot
• take printout of acknowledgement & appointment
• Appear for test & Biometric on the date of apppointment ( with original documents and acknowledgement slip )
