how to get subconscious mind power

You can also bring about a change in the stream of mind by directing your attention to the present instead of "watching the thinker." Just become deeply aware of the present moment.

This is a deeply satisfying thing to do. That's why . You remove consciousness from the activity of the mind and create a gap of no-mind in which you are overly alert and aware but unable to think. This is the essence of meditation.

In your daily life you can practice this by taking any regular activity which is normally only a means to an end and gives you full attention, so it becomes an end in itself. For example, every time you walk up and down the stairs at your home or workplace. Pay attention to every move, every movement, even your breath, be fully present.

Or when you wash your hands, pay attention to the perception of all the senses associated with the activity, the sound and feel of the water, the movement of your hands, the smell of soap, etc.

Or when you get into your car, after closing the door, stop for a few seconds and observe the flow of your breath, becoming aware of a silent but powerful feeling of presence.

There is a certain criterion by which you can measure our success in this practice in the amount of what you feel within yourself.

The single most important step in your journey towards enlightenment is learning to recognize wrongdoings from your mind. Every time you create a gap in the mind stream, the light of your consciousness grows stronger.

One day you may catch yourself smiling by hearing the voice in your head, just like you would smile at a child's antics. It means that you no longer take the content of your mind so seriously, because your sense of self does not depend on it...

Subconcious Mind

Although the Enlightenment is growing

As you grow up, you form a mental image of who you are, based on your personal and cultural conditioning. We can call this phantom ourselves as ego. It involves the activity of the mind and can be sustained only through continuous thinking. The word ego means different things to different people, but when I use it here it means a false self, created by the unconscious identification with the mind.

For the ego, the present moment hardly exists. Only the past and the future are considered important. This complete inversion of truth is responsible for the fact that the mind is so passive in ego mode. It is always concerned with keeping the past alive, because without it.

You are constantly projecting yourself into the future to ensure your continued existence and to seek some sort of release or fulfillment there. It says "one day when this or something else happens, I'm going to be fine, happy, at peace."

Even though the ego is related to the present, it does not see the present. He considers it completely wrong because I see it through the eyes of the past. Or it eliminates the present as a means, an end always implied in the future projected from the mind. Observe your mind and you will see how it works.

The present moment holds the key to liberation. But you cannot find the present moment as long as you are your mind.

Enlightenment means rising up though. In the enlightened state you still use our contemplative mind when needed, but in a more focused and effective way than ever before, you use it mostly for practical purposes, but you are free from involuntary inner dialogue, and There is inner peace.

When you use your mind, and especially when a creative solution is needed, you oscillate between mind and mind, between t and stillness, every few minutes. No mind is consciousness without thought. Only in that way does thought have any real power. Thought alone, when it is not connected to the wider realm of consciousness, quickly becomes barren, paranoid and destructive.

Emotion:

body reaction to your mind

The mind, the way I use the term, is not just thought, it includes all of your unconscious psycho-emotional reactive patterns along with your emotions. Where the mind and body meet, emotions arise. It is the body's response to your mind or you can say the reflection of your mind in the body.

The more we identify with your thinking, your likes and dislikes, judgments and interpretations, which means that the less present you are as the observing consciousness, the stronger the charge of emotional energy, regardless of Whatever you think about it. Whether I know it or not, you may not feel your emotions, if you are cut off from them you will eventually experience them on a purely physical level, as a physical problem or symptom.

If you have difficulty feeling your feelings

Begin by focusing on the internal energy field of our body. feel the body from within

It will also put you in touch with your feelings.

If you don't really want to know your mind, the body will always give you a true reflection, so look at the emotion, or feel it in your body. If there is a clear conflict between them, the idea will be false; The feeling will be true. Not the ultimate truth of who you are, but the relative truth of your state of mind at that time.

You may not yet be able to bring your unconscious mind activity into awareness in the form of thoughts, but it will always be reflected in the body as a feeling and you can become aware of it.

Seeing an emotion as such is basically the same as hearing or seeing a thought, which I described earlier. The only difference is that when a thought is in your mind, an emotion has a strong physical component and is therefore primarily felt in the body. Then you can allow the emotion to be there without being controlled by it. We no longer have the feelings that you are water = cheering, observant presence.

If you practice it, everything that is unconscious in you will be brought to the light of consciousness.

Get in the habit of asking you:

7 chakras of body

What is going on inside me at the moment? That question will point you in the right direction. But don't analyze, just watch, focus your attention within, feel the energy of the emotion.

If no emotion is present, focus your attention more deeply on your body's internal energy field. If there is a door in existence.
