Process Flow For New Learning Licence 

1.    Go to www.parivahan.gov.in

2.    Click on online services/ sarathi logo

3.    Select State ()

4.    Apply online

5.     New Learners Licence

6.    click on continue

7.    select choice of class of vehicle

8.    click on submit

9.    fill up applicant details

10.    Application no. is generated & appears on applicant's mobile via SMS

11.    Click  on Next

12.    upload All documents withing 500 kb size n jpeg/jpg/pdf format

13.    upload photo & sign (within  10-20 kb)

14.    payment of fees

15.    click on slot booking & Select appropriate slot

16.    Take Printout of appointment acknowledgement

17.    Appear for test & Biomeric on the date of appointment ( with original documents and acknowledgment slip)
